Ordering from Pete's Pies
The plain-English terms for buying pies on this site.
Prices
Prices are in Hong Kong dollars and include everything except delivery, which is shown before you pay. Multi-pie discounts and coupon codes are applied in the cart. We may change prices on the site at any time, but never on an order you've already paid for.
Payment
You pay by card when you order. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment goes through and we've emailed your confirmation.
Pickup
Collect your order from the shop and time you chose at checkout. If you're running late, let us know — we'll keep it for you, but a pie is at its best fresh from the oven.
Delivery
We deliver across HK Island. Delivery is $100, or free on orders over $600. Delivery times are our best estimate; traffic and weather can hold things up. Please make sure someone is there to receive the order and that your phone number is right so the rider can reach you.
Changes and cancellations
Need to change or cancel? Contact us as soon as possible on +852 5496 9406 or contactus@petes-pies.com with your order number. If we haven't started preparing it, we'll change it or give you a full refund. Once your pies are baked, we can't usually refund them.
If something's wrong
If an item is missing or not right, tell us the same day and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund. Refunds go back to the card you paid with; your bank may take a few days to show them.
Allergies
Each pie's page lists its ingredients and an allergen guide. Our kitchen handles gluten, milk, egg and other common allergens, so we can't promise any item is free from them. If you have an allergy, please tell us before ordering. See the FAQ for more.
Frozen pies
Keep frozen pies frozen until you're ready to bake them, and cook them until piping hot all the way through.
