Your details and how we use them
What we collect
When you order, enquire about catering or sign up for updates, we collect what you give us: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, your order, and any notes you add (like allergies or delivery instructions).
Why we collect it
- To make, hand over or deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
- To take payment and send your confirmation and receipts.
- To reply to catering and party enquiries.
- If you sign up for updates, to email you about new pies and specials. Nothing else.
Payments
Card payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
Who sees it
Only the Pete's Pies team and the services we use to run the shop: our website host, our email provider, Stripe for payments, and Telegram for our staff's order alerts. We don't sell your details or pass them to anyone for their own marketing.
Cookies and analytics
Your cart is remembered in your own browser. We use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to see how people find and use the site and how our ads perform. You can block these with your browser's privacy settings or an ad blocker, and the shop still works.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for your order, our accounts and any follow-up with you. Ask us to delete your details and we will, unless the law requires us to keep them.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, or stop update emails at any time. WhatsApp us or email contactus@petes-pies.com and we'll sort it.
